Actually no,if the written and oral form of EVERCHANGING ENGLISH LANGUAGE ,is your first "native" and only personal means of communication either learn one or several more.Or two of you get off to "STRASBERG" now and tell them that though the residents of the UK have no longer a "NATIONAL IDENTITY" the "ENGLISH LANGUAGE RULES O.K.!!What amazes me is that a "GLOBAL MAJORITY" use and learn our "NATIONAL LANGUAGE" 24/7 ,but everyday lifestyle is dominated by cost and actions of the VOLUNTARY EXCLUDED.
